- All new, reconditioned and serviced equipment carry written factory warranties
- Equipment that is in operation on site is inspected monthly to ensure that warranty conditions are being followed
- All serviced and repaired products are subject to a written report that indicates future replacement parts that will be needed to keep equipment within warranty specifications
- Warranty repairs are dealt with within 24 hours
- ZKE provide service exchange units, if available, for major breakdowns of equipment within warranty
- All spares are kept in stock to support all warranty claims
